Wherever you go , Whatever you do
I will be right here waiting for you

Sometimes we ask ourselves ,
why do we have to face these problems .
Then we ask ourselves ,
why does it have to be me .
But give a moment to think about it .
What would you become if problems like these didn't surface .
Our lives would be inexperential .

Some may think that their lives might just be the worst at the moment .
Don't be self-centred
There are million of others who's having it worse .
At least you have food to eat , a place to live in , and a family around you .
Some don't , so be grateful .

When you're down and sad ,
and when problems make your life miserable ,
tell yourself that everything will be better .
make yourself believe and be more optimistic .
Just accept the fact and move on .
Just think about all the things you could be doing if you're happy .
You're just missing out on life .
Don't let troubles pull you down .
Overcome it , and become stronger .

1: keep an open mind and stay positive
2: seek help from loved ones
3: take slow deep breaths
4: find a hobby which will keep you distracted .
5: Look for things that'll make you happy
6: Laugh at the whole situation and about how silly it is
7 : laugh about everything

9 : Go out with friends for no absolute reason
10: Play the guitar
