It's a beautiful day
Sky falls, you feel like
It's a beautiful day
Don't let it get awayEverything seems to be nicer nowadays .
I'm coping with studies well .
My best buddies are always by my side ,
supporting me through everything .
Putting a sincere smile back on my face .
And i'm grateful for that.
What was shared during the school's PPE programme was true .
Everything happens for a good cause .
With all these situations popping up ,
You really get to see the true colours of people .
And get to know who's really caring for you ,
and always by your side .
This morning's PPE was also amazing .
It shared a story of true bestfriends .
2 bestfriends were lost in a desert .
and they walked together through it .
at one point , they had a quarell .
and 1 friend slapped the other one in the face .
The one who got slapped wrote in the sand
" today my bestfriend slapped me "
without saying anymore , they continued walking .
Then they came upon an oasis ,
and got very excited .
and decided to go there .
upon entering the oasis ,
the friend who got slapped ,
was struggling and fighting for his life ,
as he was drowning .
His bestfriend then saved his life .
he then wrote on a stone
" today , my bestfriend saved my life "
So his friend asked why he did so .
and he replied ,
" we should write the bad things we have in sand ,
where the winds of forvigeness will blow it away .
and to forever forget about it .
However we should write all the good things and special moments in stone .
Where it would last forever . "
That story really did mean alot to me .
But it won't matter anymore .
Whats important is that my life is happy .
with my family and friends around supporting me .
This is why i mentioned that today's a beautiful day .
Appreciate the time that we spend with the people we love .
And stop brooding over what has happened .
don't rake up the past .
Just learn to move on .
Thanks alot for doing what you did ,
Now i know who are the ones who's really going to stand by my side
and its definitely not you
